1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation by Vaidhacharya

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Failed or Refused COD Orders

• If a COD order is refused or repeatedly undelivered, Vaidhacharya reserves the right to:

  • Block future COD orders from the customer

  • Require prepaid payment for future orders
