1. Non-Returnable Products

All products sold on Vaidhacharya are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the consumable nature of natural and cold-pressed oils.

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)

A refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Product is defective
Wrong product delivered

3. Unboxing Proof Mandatory

To raise a claim, customers must:

Record a clear unboxing video from opening the sealed package
Share images or videos showing the issue clearly

Claims without unboxing proof will not be accepted.

4. Time Limit to Raise a Claim

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

5. Refund Process

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
